Emphasis First touch turning, with fast (forward) departure of receiving area

Setup: Pairs cones as shown, 16-20 yds apart (one on one end, two ~4 yds apart other side, then add ‘middle’ cone for blocks 2 and 3).  Two teammates per set. (I’ve shown them staggered here to maximize real estate on training pitch).  Players take turns being the passer and the receiver for 1 minute reps.
