To become a baller, you need to leave every training session better than you were at the start of it.

How will you do that today?

When we get together as a group, our behavior together defines what we are going to create. Are we going to relax and be silly and mail in drills, or are we going to challenge ourselves and each other? As coach I can grumble and growl and shout at you all, but YOU together are the ones who can create the competitive environment to support how we want to be as a club and a group.
